Why
Medicine was built to save lives.
It was never really built to extend them.

For generations, the standard has been the same — wait for something to go wrong, then fix it. A better version added some screening, some labs, the familiar advice. Better. Still not enough.

There is a third way. Not a new idea — elite athletes and the people who study human longevity have practiced it for decades. But it has never been available as an intelligence layer for your own health. Until now.

The question isn't whether you'll age. It's how.
How
Aeturnia is a longevity intelligence platform — built around a simple idea: you are at the center of your own health. Your data, your protocol, your decisions, your team.

We turn your labs, wearables, and history into a personalized protocol that evolves as your data evolves. The longer you're in it, the more precise it gets. Healthspan and lifespan are not the same thing — how long you live, and how well you live while you're living it. We work on both.

The internal metrics that tell you how you're actually aging — not the external ones that hide it.
What
Aeturnia begins with your genome — not a single-page summary, but specific RSIDs mapped against your biomarker data to understand how you metabolize fat, clear inflammation, respond to training, and age. Genetics is risk. Lifestyle is expression. Your genome tells us where to look harder, intervene earlier, and monitor more closely.

From there: comprehensive lab panels well beyond the standard checkup — ApoB, Lp(a), inflammatory and metabolic markers — advanced imaging where it matters (CAC scoring, DEXA, body composition), and continuous wearable data interpreted against your biology, not population averages.

A precision protocol is built around all of it — covering training load, recovery, sleep, nutrition, stress, and clinically-guided supplementation. It evolves every time new data arrives.

Your primary care physician handles medications and acute care. Aeturnia handles the longevity layer — the part traditional medicine was never built to address.
"There's so much information out there. I know I should be doing more. I just need someone to actually tell me what to do."
— What colleagues and friends started asking. Aeturnia is the answer.
An honest note on fit
Aeturnia isn't for everyone — and we mean that without apology. This is a health intelligence layer, not a medical practice. We don't prescribe medications, manage acute illness, or replace your primary doctor. We give you the intelligence to lead your longevity program — and we work best with people who want to lead their own health, not be led through it. The questions that follow help us both understand if this is the right fit.
1 of 8 — Commitment
How long are you willing to commit to a structured program?
Meaningful change in healthspan and lifespan takes time. We work with people who are in it for the long term.
3–6 months — I want to see quick results
6–12 months — I'd need to see progress to continue
At least a year — I understand this is a long-term investment
Ongoing — I'm building a lifestyle, not looking for an end date
2 of 8 — Ongoing commitment
How do you see the relationship between you and Aeturnia over time?
Aeturnia is built for ongoing health management, not one-time assessments. Protocols evolve with your data, and the value compounds the longer you stay. Subscriptions are designed for ongoing commitment, with quarterly or longer terms.
I want ongoing management — I understand health optimization is a long-term, iterative process
I'm willing to commit to several months and see how the protocol evolves with my data
I'd prefer month-to-month flexibility
I'm looking for a one-time assessment or report, not an ongoing program
3 of 8 — Discipline
What's your relationship with structure and self-accountability?
This program requires consistent follow-through. We do our best work with people who are self-directed.
I need frequent check-ins and reminders to stay on track
I do well with structure but struggle without regular feedback
I'm self-directed — I follow through once I've committed to something
I hold myself to high standards — external accountability amplifies that
4 of 8 — Medical expectations
How do you currently manage your routine medical care?
Aeturnia is not a primary care practice. You'll need to maintain your primary MD for prescriptions, urgent care, and routine illness.
I'm looking for a doctor who can handle all my medical needs
I assumed this would replace my regular doctor
I have a primary MD — I'm looking for something additional
Healthspan and lifespan focus, not routine care
I understand this is a healthspan and lifespan program, not concierge medicine
5 of 8 — Platform philosophy
How do you want to lead your own health journey?
Aeturnia is built around a simple idea: you are at the center of your own health. We give you a personalized protocol built from your data, continuous recommendations as your data evolves, and a team you can reach when you need support — so you can lead your own longevity program, with the people and providers you choose helping you execute.
I want to lead my own health with intelligent support
I'll bring in my doctor, trainer, or others when I need them
I'm comfortable being in the driver's seat, with guidance from the platform when I have questions
I'm not sure how this would fit with how I currently manage my health
I'd prefer my doctor to manage my health and tell me what to do
6 of 8 — Program scope
What are you primarily hoping to address?
Aeturnia focuses exclusively on lifestyle performance — sleep, training, recovery, nutrition, longevity. We do not prescribe medications or manage injectables of any kind.
Hormone optimization, peptides, or injectables
Testosterone, GH, weight loss medications, etc.
A combination of lifestyle and possible medications
Lifestyle — sleep, training, recovery, stress, nutrition
I want to optimize how I live, not rely on medications
Healthspan and lifespan through sustainable habit change
I understand this requires real behavioral work
7 of 8 — Starting point
How would you describe your current relationship with health optimization?
We do our best work with people who are motivated but not already deep in the biohacking world.
I'm already tracking extensively — multiple wearables, deep in the optimization space for years
Health-conscious but not systematic — I know I could be doing more
I exercise and sleep reasonably well but haven't had real structure
In my 40s–60s, financially established, ready to invest seriously in my health
I have the time, energy, and motivation — I need the right guidance
I want results without major lifestyle disruption
8 of 8 — Motivation
What finally made you look for something like this?
There are no wrong answers. We ask because the reason usually tells us a lot about the fit.
I've been meaning to take this seriously for years — something finally clicked
I've read everything, listened to every podcast — I just need someone to tell me what to do
I watched someone close to me decline — I want a different trajectory
I got a bad result or a scare — I want to address it before it gets worse
